This is Mike Stone's F-111C repainted as an FB-111A.Features include: Weapons System Operator Panel with Working TERRAIN FOLLOWING RADAR scope that shows accurate ground mapping ahead of aircraft in 5, 10 or 15 mile ranges, THREAT WARNING DISPLAY shows airborne AI aircraft in 20 or 40 mile ranges, Ground Attack RADAR displays airports as ground targets and ground terrain in ranges of 5,10,30,80 and 200 miles. INS panel displays digital readout of latitude, longitude, and altitude, TFR and TWR gauges automatically change brightness between day and night to match lighting conditions. New Autopilot and Lighting control panels. Attack RADARs have new colors for better resolution, Ground Track added to Attack Radar, and Ground Targets and Ground Track can be switched on & off. The aircraft has the missing Nav, Tail and Beacon lights added. The cockpit lighting has been change from white to red and the formation lights have been changed to their correct color. A new afterburner effect has been added.

Used by U.S. Navy and Marines for utility transport, photography, target towing. JRS-1s were based at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii in December 1941. Top speed over 190 mph. Can take off in 900 feet, in 15 seconds. Range 775 miles at cruising speed of 177 mph. FSDS3.5 model with virtual cockpit, radio operator compartment, passenger cabin, sliding side doors and aerial camera position aft.

FS2004/FSX Curtiss P-6E Hawk. Curtiss-built biplanes that equipped fighter units of the Air corps and Navy during the 1920's and 30's were inspired by the air racing during the early 1930's. The P-6E had a modified fuselage, single strut landing gear with stylish wheel fairings and a 700 hp engine with Prestone cooling. The P-6 Hawk series were the final stepping stone to more advanced aircraft design and engineering, which would take a final leap with the start of World War Two. This American "between wars" design served its purpose and its role quite well.
